The Moat Room, a new introductory space, narrates the castle's rich 1,000-year history. Windsor Castle’s Inner Hall, originally crafted by George IV in the 1820s to greet official guests, has been restored and reopened. For the first time since Queen Victoria, George's niece, closed it, the Inner Hall now warmly welcomes visitors as it once did in its heyday. Don't miss the medieval Undercroft, which has been transformed into the castle's first-ever permanent café.
